The rear extension was proposed to create a dining space connecting the garden to the house. Careful detailing and material choices were made to integrate this extension seamlessly with the original house.

We worked alongside the clients' interior designer and coordinated the design intent into a workable design for construction.

The additional floor space resulted in more frequent use of the abundant outside areas.
